Web Live training with Zoom – User Instructions
Step 1
Click on the registration link provided  (you can do this at any time so that you have blocked the 
time in your calendar).
Enter your name, email address and country of residence to register for your selected Web 
Live training course.
You can always cancel your booking should your plans change. 
Step 2
You will promptly receive a confirmation email with a link for participating in the Web Live 
Training.
In addition, you will receive a reminder email before the date of your course. 
Click on the link in good time before your first participation and follow the onscreen instructions 
to download the free Zoom software. 
Step 3
You can also participate in the Web Live Training course via your mobile devices (tablet, 
smartphone).
To do this, please download the Zoom app (shown below) first.
