De tijd is aan onze kant, tenzij we het niet gebruiken… Productief gebruiken in ons eigen bedrijf.
Er zijn overal en continu bewijzen waarom mensen ons nodig hebben:
- IBM gaat 12.000 werknemers ontslaan (26-01-2015)
- Grootste thuiszorgorganisatie (TSN Thuiszorg) wil 650 medewerkers ontslaan (22-04-2015)
- KLM-Air France: “er wordt rekening mee gehouden, dat 20% van de ruim 30.000 KLM’ers zijn baan zal verliezen in de komende jaren”. Dat zijn ruim 5000 man (02-09-2015)
- Reisorganisatie TravelBird ‘neemt afscheid’ van ongeveer 100 van de 650 medewerkers (14-10-2015)
- Deutsche Bank haalt stofkam door IT-personeel: 9000 ontslagen (02-11-2015)
- Het aantal Arbeidsongeschikten in augustus 2015 was 812.110 (volgens CBS)
Hoe vaak heb ik medewerkers en filiaalmanagers gecontacteerd van intussen failliete bedrijven, zoals Halfords, Free Record Shop, computerketen Dynabyte etc. Ik herinner me een paar, die toentertijd niet geïnteresseerd waren. Een grote fout!!! De meeste mensen zijn bewust of onbewust blind voor hun kwetsbaarheid op financieel gebied.
Inmiddels weten we het allemaal, dat de tijd aan onze kant is.
De meeste mensen wisselen van baan, stoppen, worden ontslagen of wordt het bedrijf waar ze werken gesloten cq. opgeheven tijdens hun loopbaan.
Anderen zullen gezondheidsproblemen krijgen, familie problemen of andere gebeurtenissen die van invloed zijn op hun financiële situatie en toekomst.
Vóór- en soms nadat mensen geconfronteerd worden met deze uitdagingen, zullen sommigen beseffen dat ze iets anders moeten doen, om zichzelf financieel beter te beschermen.
De tijd is dus aan onze kant, tenzij we het niet gebruiken om ons fantastische businessplan te blijven presenteren en om mensen te helpen om hetzelfde te doen.
Je hebt het voertuig! Praat met- en ontmoet nieuwe mensen. Je hebt iets wat hen zou kunnen helpen om voorbereid te zijn op de financiële uitdagingen, die ze tegen zullen komen.
